The Key Solutions partner program is for law firms, consultants, IT and accounting companies whose clients need accounting, tax advice or an audit arranged in Ukraine. You refer a client or hand over part of the work, and we handle the accounting side under a contract.

IT outsourcing and relocation firms. Bookkeeping for sole proprietors, LLCs and Diia.City residents, support for foreign companies entering Ukraine.
Freelance accountants and small firms. Overflow work in peak reporting periods, IFRS conversion, audit preparation.
Audit firms authorised to perform mandatory audits. We prepare your clients' books, statements and notes for the audit.
Consultants, brokers, banks and financial advisers. Tax advice, financial and tax due diligence, reporting for a bank or investor.
Company formation agents. Accounting setup and bookkeeping from the first reporting period.

Mandatory audits for partners' clients

Who does what. The mandatory audit is performed, and the report signed, by a partner audit firm authorised to perform mandatory audits. Key Solutions arranges the audit, prepares the client's books and statements and supports the client through publication.

Frequently asked questions

What is the referral fee?

The referral fee is agreed individually and set out in the contract. The terms depend on the partnership format and the services the client receives. Payment terms are fixed in the same contract before the first referral.

Can you work on a white-label basis?

Yes, subcontracting and white-label work are among our partnership formats. Under white-label we do the accounting or tax work under your brand, and the client deals with you.

How are clients divided between the partner and Key Solutions?

Client boundaries are set out in the contract before any work starts. It states who manages the client, which services each party provides and how contact with the client is agreed.

Who performs mandatory audits for partners' clients?

A partner audit firm authorised to perform mandatory audits performs the audit and signs the report. Key Solutions arranges the audit, prepares the client's books and statements and supports the client through publication.

Do you work with foreign companies?

Yes. For foreign companies we keep the books of representative offices, prepare financial statements, including under IFRS, and advise on Ukrainian tax. The legal side of such projects is handled by legal.ua, part of our group.
